"Good events, but the app can be glitchy"
I mean, overall, the events are good and I do enjoy checking them out, but yeah, the app does freeze sometimes, which can be a little annoying. Like, it’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s definitely something I notice when I’m trying to use it.

"Pretty much exactly what I expected!"
I booked it after seeing the ad, and honestly... it was just about exactly like they showed. No surprises, which was nice!

I got my tickets in the end, but they was a bit late getting to me. Not a huge deal, just slightly annoying...

"Fun once we got in"
I had a good time overall and the event itself was actually really fun, but getting in was kind of frustrating. The check-in line moved slowly, and at first I was excited, then a little annoyed because the staff didn’t seem totally sure where everyone was supposed to go. Once everything got sorted out, though, the mood definitely turned around and I ended up enjoying myself.
"A really fun night out"
I went to a Fever event recently kind of on a whim, and it ended up being a really good night. The venue was easy enough to get into, the crowd was in a good mood, and everything just felt smooth overall. I didn’t really know what to expect going in, but once it started I noticed how well put together it all was — the lighting, sound, and general setup were really solid. Nothing felt cheap or thrown together, which makes a big difference. I had a great time and would definitely book another one

"Pretty easy, but a little slow"
Booking the tickets was mostly straightforward, but the page felt kind of slow. After I paid, I wasn’t sure if my order had actually gone through?? It worked out in the end, but a clearer confirmation would’ve been nice

"Tasty little bites, no nonsense"
Grabbed these when I was hungry and too lazy to deal with a whole meal, they were damn good. Quick, tasty, and didn’t make me feel like a total idiot for choosing convenience.

"Such a nice night out"
Went to a Fever event last weekend the vibe was really lovely. The lights, the music, the crowd... everything just felt relaxed but still fun. It also wasn’t overly packed, which made it way more enjoyable. Just one of those easy, good nights out, you know...

"I had to cancel an event at the..."
I had to cancel an event at the last minute because my plans changed, i wasn’t sure how it would go after seeing a few mixed comments online. But the refund policy was straightforward, and to me it seemed fair enough, as long as you read the terms, it’s not hard to understand what to expect.
I reached out to support, explained the situation, and they helped me get it sorted without turning it into a hassle. It took a little patience, which is reasonable with this kind of thing, but overall it was handled well. I’d use Fever again.

"Had to chase them about unclear pricing"
I was looking at tickets on Fever and the price seemed alright at first, but by the time I got to checkout, extra fees had been added on. It was frustrating because the full price wasn’t clear from the start. I also had to chase them to get a proper answer when I complained, which made the whole thing more annoying. I did end up buying the tickets, but it wasn’t a great experience.

"Booking Was Fine, Just a Bit Slow"
The booking process worked okay overall, but some pages took longer to load than they should have. It wasn’t a huge problem, but when you’re just trying to make a simple booking, you expect the site to move a little faster. If they improve the loading speed, the experience would be much smoother.

"Support felt genuinely helpful"
I reached out to support and, they were helpful. The tone felt friendly and patient, which made the whole thing a lot less frustrating. Appreciate the help!

"Denied Entry After 15 Minutes — No Flexibility"
I seriously caution anyone considering booking with Fever for concerts or similar events.
We attended a Fever “Candlelight” Tribute to Fleetwood Mac in Washington DC and arrived 15 minutes late. We were denied entry with no flexibility whatsoever — no attempt to help, no option to make up time, and no accommodation whatsoever.
Afterward, Fever confirmed this is their official policy and also told us that tickets are non-refundable once the event date has passed. That means a short delay — 15 minutes — resulted in losing the entire experience we paid for with no option to amend or refund.
I’m not asking for a refund — I’m sharing this so others know what you’re signing up for before you book. If a strict “zero late entry” rule is something you could never work around, be aware that Fever enforces this rigidly.
There are plenty of other ways to enjoy live and cultural events where customer experience matters more than an inflexible time rule. I personally won’t use Fever again.

"Easy booking and no payment issues"
I booked tickets on feverup.com the payment process was super smooth. I was a little worried because my bank sometimes blocks online purchases, but it went through on the first try. I got the confirmation email quickly too. No double charge, no weird pending payment hanging around, so I’m happy with it

"Really lovely night out"
I booked a candlelight show through Fever and had a great time. The performers were really talented, and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, but there were a couple tiny little slip-ups that actually made it feel more human and live, if that makes sense. The sound was super clear, the whole vibe was cozy, and I’d definitely go again. Weirdly, I still remember one candle near the front flickering way more aggressively than all the others the entire night.

"Accessibility was a joke"
Booked this through Fever what a joke. The venue had stairs and barely any signs, which made everything way more stressful than it needed to be. My friend uses a cane, so trying to figure out where to go and deal with the stairs was really frustrating. Definitely not a smooth experience.

"Confusing communication!!"
The communication was really unclear!! The emails felt vague, and I had to reread them a few times just to figure out what was actually happening. When I reached out for help, the replies didn’t really answer my question and felt more like copy-paste responses. It made a simple issue way more stressful than it needed to be. The event itself might be fine, but the way Fever explains things is just not great. I wouldn’t use Fever again.

"Ended up being easier than I expected"
I had to cancel my booking last week because my friend suddenly got sick, and my first reaction was, “Oh great, this is going to be a nightmare.” But it actually wasn’t too bad. The app steps were clear, and after a little while the refund/credit option showed up. Support got back to me the next day, so not exactly instant, but they were helpful and explained what could be done. I’m giving 4 stars because I really wish the cancellation rules were easier to spot before booking. Still, overall it felt fair and they handled it decently
